It all ends on Thursday at 6:00 pm

Tomorrow (Thursday, 12/20) marks the end of the semester and the last day you can make corrections for your UNIV 106 assignments by 6:00 pm. Although I sincerely hope you don't wait until the last second!

If you turned in your assignments, please make sure you have no corrections or mistakes. Simply ask at the Reference desk to see if you completed everything correctly and to find out if you passed the course.

If you have any questions, by all means ask at the Reference desk or come by my office, room L107D.

Keep at it!

Check for corrections, then check again!

If you haven't turned in all your assignments by now (completed assignments, mind you) then please don't bother. We will not accept any more assignments.

Only those individuals who turned in all completed UNIV 106 assignments by the 6:00 pm deadline on Friday, December 14, may check the reference desk for corrections. If you do have mistakes you have until this Thursday, December 20 at 6:00 pm (that's the end of the semester!) to have them corrected.

You will get credit only when you have successfully completed all the assignments.

If you passed the course, congratulations! Feel free to take your assignments home with you.

Correction: Assignment 17, question 3

We had a change in the call number for the following question, which has now been fixed:

3. Using the CONTEMPORARY AUTHORS CUMULATIVE INDEX (index Z1224 .C62) find the volume of CONTEMPORARY AUTHORS (index Z1224 .C6), that contains an article about [author name]
  • (A) List the title of something written by the author:
  • (B) List the source of something written about the author:

The call number above (in red) is the correct one. Questions? Let me or someone at the reference desk know.

Thanks,

OMG! The Last Target Date is Tomorrow!

This Friday, December 7th, is the LAST Target Date! This means that, ideally, you should be finishing all your assignments--that's right, ALL of them. Have you started? Have you checked for corrections? Do you know if completed that last assignment? Time is winding down, people, so I encourage you to get going before the real time crunch begins.

As always, let me or anyone at the Reference Desk know if you have any questions.

Here's to a speedy end!
